A BYOT device (bring your own technology) refers to any electronic device such as but not limited to: mobile phones, music and video players, still and video cameras, voice recorders, handheld games systems, smartphones, app-based tablets, netbooks, ultrabooks, laptops or computers.

Whilst Hellyer College will provide a number of devices for students to use while they are on campus, which will vary in type and number from year to year, if they wish to use a portable device they are encouraged to supply their own.
